Preparation Method
Easy Palappam mix:-
Take 500g of Double Horse Easy Palappam mix, add 4 tbsp sugar,½ tsp salt, 4-4¼ cup (850ml) of luke warm water and mix thoroughly for one minute in a mixer grinder to make lump free batter. Keep aside for one hour under luke warm condition. (Fermentation period may vary according to the room temperature (37-45°C)). After one hour, delicious Palappam can be prepared.
Easy Idiyappam Powder:-
Take one cup of Double Horse Easy Idiyappam Powder and mix with required amount of portable drinking water (Approximately 1 Cup). Add salt to taste and prepare the smooth dough. Press the dough through a sevanazhi(extruder) and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Double Horse Idiyappam is ready to serve.
Easy Pathiri Powder:-
Mix 1 cup of Double Horse Easy Pathiri powder with required salt. Add adequate amount of normal water(approximately 1-11⁄2 cups) and mix thoroughly to make a soft dough.
Prepare small balls out of the dough. Press the balls in pathiri press and grill the same without oil. Hot & soft pathiri is ready to serve.
