Method of Preparation:

Aval Unda: Grind Aval to powder, take one cup (200g)? of aval powder, add 1/2 cup (100g) of Double Horse jaggery powder and 1 cup (200g) of coconut scrapings in a vessel and mix thoroughly until soft. Make small balls out of the mixture and garnish with raisins or cashew nut.
