METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Mix 1 cup (200 g) of Double Horse 1 Hour di-Dosa Batter Pre-mix with 2 cups (400 ml) of lukewarm water in a mixer for one minute. Keep it aside for 1 hour fermentation at room temperature. Fermentation period may vary according to the room temperature 07-45°C)
Add salt to taste and pour the batter into Idli steamer and make delicious soft Idli
Use the above method for the preparation of Dosa Batter, Pour the batter to hot Dosa Tawa and make delicious Dosa with Ghee/Oil
